Many Windows, software, email and performance problems can be handled remotely. If your answers suggest that an in-person visit may be more appropriate, the help finder can identify a possible call-out route.
Suffolk Tech Care focuses on Windows support, software, setup and troubleshooting. Physical repairs such as broken screens, charging ports, liquid damage and component-level repair are outside the current service scope.
Call-outs are available in Ipswich only and by prior arrangement. They are not automatically bookable. If the help finder identifies that a visit may be useful, it can direct you to request a call-out for review.
